From Chippewa, South Beaver, Darlington:

  • Take Route 60 South (now 376 corridor) to Beaver exit #38.
  • Left turn at end of exit ramp. Follow Third Street to the Huntington Bank Building. It is located on the right side on the block after the park.  It is across the street from Kretchmar’s Bakery.

From Aliquippa, Center, Hopewell

  • Take Route 60 North (now 376 corridor) Beaver exit #38.
  • Follow the Third Street through Beaver to the Huntington Bank Building. It is located on the right side on the block after the park.  It is across the street from Kretchmar’s Bakery.

From New Brighton, Beaver Falls, Bridgewater:

  • Take Route 18 S/Route 65 S to the Monaca exit to PA-18 S on left.
  • Take a sharp left onto Pleasant Street. Pleasant Street becomes Massachusetts Avenue.
  • Make a left onto Adams Street. Continue onto PA-51 N/PA-68 W/Rochester-Beaver Bridge.
  • Make a slight right onto PA 68 W/3rd Street. The Huntington Bank Building will be on the left side. If you come to the Beaver County Courthouse, you’ve gone too far.

From Rochester, Freedom, Baden, Ambridge:

  • Take PA-65 N/Ohio River Boulevard to the PA-51 N/PA-68W/Adams Street exit toward Beaver & Chippewa.
  • Make a slight right onto PA 68 W/Third Street. The Huntington Bank Building will be on the left side. If you come to the Beaver County Courthouse, you’ve gone too far.

Parking is free on Third Street.  If your appointment is during business hours for the bank, just park in front of the bank, go in the main entrance and walk all of the way to the back of the building.  Take the elevator to the third floor and we are located in suite 303.  If your appointment is after business hours for the bank, you will need to go to the rear entrance of the building at 650 Corporation Street and call the office at 412-391-8000 in order to be let into the building.

Beaver County Clients

The Meeting of Creditors for clients from Beaver County is held in the Beaver County Courthouse. The address is 810 Third Street, Beaver, PA 15009. There is free parking in the Courthouse parking garage.  Enter the main entrance of the Courthouse, go through the metal detectors and up the steps directly in front of you.  Make a left at the top of the steps and have a seat at one of the tables or on one of the benches while you wait for your name to be called.

Allegheny or Butler County Clients

If you live in Allegheny or Butler County, your Meeting of Creditors will be held at the Liberty Center, which is located at 1001 Liberty Ave., Pittsburgh, PA 15222. Parking is available across the street from the Liberty Center in the bus garage. Proceed through the main doors (between Bill’s Burgers and Bar and Allegent Credit Union) and, after you provide identification to the security guard, proceed to the elevators. Take the elevator to the 7th floor and follow the signs to Room 740.

From the Airport and West area:

  • Follow I-376 West (Parkway West).
  • Proceed through the Fort Pitt Tunnels and cross the Fort Pitt Bridge into the city.
  • Follow the signs to Liberty Ave.
  • Continue on Liberty Ave. to Grant St.  and turn left. Go one block and turn left. The entrance to the bus station parking garage is on the left. When you leave the bus station, proceed across 11th Street and Liberty Ave to the main entrance of Liberty Center.

From the North:

  • Take I-79 South to I-279 South (Parkway North).
  • Follow the signs to I-579 South and cross the Veterans Bridge.
  • Take the Seventh Avenue exit and proceed down the ramp to the stop sign.
  • Continue straight and turn right onto Grant Street.
  • Continue straight to 11th Street and Liberty Ave. You will see the bus station.
  • Drive one more block on Grant St. and turn left. The entrance to the bus station parking garage is on the left. When you leave the bus station, proceed across 11th Street and Liberty Ave to the main entrance of Liberty Center.

From the Butler Area

  • Follow Rt. 8 South to Rt. 28.
  • Take the Pittsburgh ramp to Rt. 28 South. Follow Rt. 28 South to the 40th Street Bridge.
  • Turn left and proceed across the 40th Street Bridge.
  • Turn right at the first light on Penn Ave. Follow Penn Ave. to the bus station just past 12th Street. The entrance to the bus station parking is on the left. When you leave the bus station, proceed across 11th Street and Liberty Ave to the main entrance of Liberty Center.
Lawrence County Clients

Chapter 7 clients who live in Lawrence County will have their Meeting of Creditors in the Lawrence County Government Center, Jury Assembly Room, 430 Court Street,  New Castle, PA 16101. From the Ellwood City area, follow PA Route 65 North approximately 10.5 miles to New Castle. Route 65 will become Washington Street.  Turn right on Court Street. 430 Court Street is on the right.

Directions to Chapter 13 Meeting of Creditors

If you live in Southwestern PA, your Chapter 13 Meeting of Creditors will be held at the U.S. Steel Plaza, which is located at Suite 3250 USX Tower 600 Grant Street Pittsburgh, PA 15219. Parking is available at the intersection of Liberty and Grant Street in the Greyhound bus garage. Proceed down Grant Street toward the U.S. Steel Building and enter the main doors. Take the escalators to the second floor, where you will have to check in with security at the top of the escalators. You will need to provide your driver’s license or photo ID. Take the elevators to the 32nd floor and follow the signs to the Office of the Chapter 13 Trustee.

From the East:

  • Follow I-376 East (Parkway East) into the city.
  • Take Exit 71-A and proceed onto Grant Street.
  • Continue straight to 11th Street and Liberty Ave. You will see the bus station. Drive one block on Grant St. and turn left. The entrance to the bus station parking garage is on the left. When you leave the bus station, proceed down Grant Street toward the U.S. Steel Building and enter the main doors. Take the escalators to the second floor, where you will have to check in with security at the top of the escalators. You will need to provide your driver’s license or photo ID.
