Allegheny County Clients

If you live in Allegheny County, your Meeting of Creditors will be held at the Liberty Center, which is located at 1001 Liberty Ave., Pittsburgh, PA 15222. Parking is available across the street from the Liberty Center in the bus garage. Proceed through the main doors (between the Bill’s Burger and Bar and Allegent Credit Union) and, after you provide identification to the security guard, proceed to the elevators. Take the elevator to the 7th floor and follow the signs to Room 740.

From Belle Vernon:

  • Take PA 906 to I-70 West.
  • Take I-70 West to Exit 37B PA 43 (toll road) toward Pittsburgh.
  • Take PA 43 North 17.6 miles to the end of the expressway.
  • Turn right on PA 51 for 10.23 miles.
  • Take the ramp toward US 19 Truck South/Dormont/I-579/Downtown/South Side.
  • Turn right onto the Liberty Tunnel. The Liberty Tunnel becomes the Liberty Bridge.
  • Take the exit left toward Convention Center/7th Avenue. Stay straight onto 7th Avenue.
  • Turn right on Grant Street.
  • Continue straight to 11th Street and Liberty Ave. You will see the bus station. Drive straight one more block and turn left. Turn left into the bus station parking lot.

From Washington:

  • Take I-79 North to the Pittsburgh exit and I-376 West.
  • Follow I-376 West (Parkway West).
  • Proceed through the Fort Pitt Tunnels and cross the Fort Pitt Bridge into the city.
  • Follow the signs to Liberty Ave.
  • Continue on Liberty Ave. to Grant St. and turn left.  Go one block and turn left. The entrance to the bus station parking garage is on the left. When you leave the bus station, proceed across 11th Street and Liberty Ave to the main entrance of Liberty Center.
Washington County Clients

If you live in Washington or Greene County and have filed a Chapter 7 bankruptcy, your Meeting of Creditors will be held in the new portion of the Washington County Courthouse, located at Courthouse Square, First Floor Conference Room, 29 West Cherry Avenue, Washington, PA 15301.

From the North

  • Take I-79 South to the Beau Street exit.
  • Follow the exit ramp as it bears to the right to the intersection for PA Route 136.Turn left on Rt. 136 and follow it into downtown Washington until you see the Washington County Courthouse on the left.
  • Tur n left on South Main Street  and make the first right onto West Cherry Ave. Metered on-street parking is available and there are also parking lots located in the surrounding area.

From the South:

  • Take I-79 North to the Beau Street exit.
  • Follow the exit ramp as it bears to the right to the in\tersection for PA Route 136.
  • Turn left on Rt. 136 and follow it into downtown Washington until you see the Washington County Courthouse on the left.

From the East:

If you live in Westmoreland County and have filed a Chapter 7 bankruptcy, your Meeting of Creditors will be held in the Westmoreland County Courthouse, located at 2 North Main Street, Greensburg.

From the West:

  • Proceed on I-70 East to New Stanton.
  • Stay straight; you will be on PA Route 119 North right after you pass the entrance to the PA Turnpike.
  • Proceed on PA Route 119 North to Greensburg.
  • The Westmoreland County Courthouse is located at 2 North Main Street. Parking is available on the street or in adjacent public parking lots.
  • Proceed through the main doors, go through the security screening area, and turn left into the lobby that is in the old portion of the courthouse. The Meeting of Creditors will be held in the Commissioners Meeting Rooms that are located in the lobby.

Directions to Chapter 13 Meeting of Creditors

If you live in Southwestern PA, your Chapter 13 Meeting of Creditors will be held at the U.S. Steel Plaza, which is located at Suite 3250 USX Tower 600 Grant Street Pittsburgh, PA 15219. Parking is available at the intersection of Liberty and Grant Street in the Greyhound bus garage. Proceed down Grant Street toward the U.S. Steel Building and enter the main doors. Take the escalators to the second floor, where you will have to check in with security at the top of the escalators. You will need to provide your driver’s license or photo ID. Take the elevators to the 32nd floor and follow the signs to the Office of the Chapter 13 Trustee.

From the East:

  • Follow I-376 East (Parkway East) into the city.
  • Take Exit 71-A and proceed onto Grant Street.
  • Continue straight to 11th Street and Liberty Ave. and turn left. You will see the bus station. Drive one more block and turn left. The entrance to the bus station parking garage is on the left. When you leave the bus station, proceed down Grant Street toward the U.S. Steel Building and enter the main doors. Take the escalators to the second floor, where you will have to check in with security at the top of the escalators. You will need to provide your driver’s license or photo ID. Take the elevators to the 32nd floor and follow the signs to the Office of the Chapter 13 Trustee.

From the Airport and West area:

  • Follow I-376 West (Parkway West).
  • Proceed through the Fort Pitt Tunnels and cross the Fort Pitt Bridge into the city.

  • Drive straight one block and turn left. The entrance to the bus station parking garage is on the left. When you leave the bus station, proceed down Grant Street toward the U.S. Steel Building and enter the main doors.
